Our regional consulting team works collectively with each facility’s management team to develop strategies that combine all available resources to accomplish identified goals. Our emphasis is on education and training, offered both at regional meetings and during facility visits. In addition to regional consultants, we have a home office that provides accounts payable and cash flow management, payroll processing, technical support and financial reporting.
